Regarding devices, my updated recommendations are the Samsung Galaxy A24 4G (or equivalent) and the HP 14. The goal of these recommendations is to emulate a 75th percentile user experience, meaning a full quarter of devices and networks will perform worse than this baseline.

Just here to say that SmolCSS and Modern CSS are fantastic. CSS made leaps and bounds over the recent years. It makes me even less interested in Tailwind and other attempts to re-invent styling on the Web.
Performance.now() is one of the conferences that still worth your time. Fundamental things, deep dives, speakers who has something to say. Many others turned into just marketing events (I'm looking at you, VueConf. And almost everything regarding React)
